Generally We are sending you parcel by C.O.D./ Stranded Courier / EMS Post on same

day of order after payment conformation.

Return & Exchange Policy

We wish you are a very happy customer and enjoy the shopping experience here

at utechrt.com. However if it should happen any dissatisfaction in the process of

purchasing, we wll try our best to help you to settle the difficulty and give you a

satisfying answer/resolution.

General Return & Exchange Policy:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return your

item for exchange or a refund, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your

order. Only the items caused in the

following cases can be return for an exchange or refund:

1. You received a wrong item

2. You received a defective item

Please note that all returned items must

1. Be in brand-new condition

2. Be unused and with original tags and packaging

3. Have no stains, rips, odours or damage of any kind

4. Be returned with all accessories

How to return an item:

a. Let us know what items you would like to send back and the reasons for your return,

and please send an email to utechmehsana@gmail.com to get a return address.

b. You need to put a notice regarding the following information in the package:

(1). Order number

(2). Product to be returned

(3). Reasons for your return

About Return Shipping Fee:

In general, you are responsible for the return shipping fee.

Exchanges (General Information):

Generally speaking, exchanges are not available at utechrt.com

Return Process:

Contact us to request for a return. Please provide us with your name, order number and

the reason you would like to return the item by email. Please send back the item within

3 days after receiving conformation mail. Order number will be requested to written on

the package, or the package will be REFUSED and will NOT be refunded or exchanged.

We cannot accept C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) shipments. For your protection, we

suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier. Once the returned

item is received, it will be inspected and you will be issued the appropriate refund/return

in accordance with our policy within 3-5 working days.
